At Luna Moissanite, your satisfaction is important to us. That's why our jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty, starting from the date you receive your order.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Please review the details below to understand what is covered and how to submit a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use within one year from the date of delivery.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your jewelry:

1. Contact us at service@lunamoissanite.com and describe the issue.
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the jewelry and the issue when requested.
3. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return shipping address and instructions.
4. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking information until the claim has been completed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for warranty claims unless otherwise agreed by our customer service team.
• Please package your jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Luna Moissanite is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping when an appropriate trackable shipping method has not been used.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Examples of issues that are generally not considered manufacturing defects include:

• Chemical Damage: Discoloration or damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Scratches, Dents & Chipping: Damage caused by everyday wear, impact, improper handling, or contact with hard surfaces.
• Loose or Lost Stones: Stones that become loose or are lost due to impact, bent or damaged prongs, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Excessive Wear or Abuse: Damage resulting from excessive wear, misuse, accidents, or use of the jewelry in situations for which it was not intended.
• Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Jewelry that has been modified, altered, repaired, resized, or otherwise worked on by a third party may not be covered under this warranty.

Material & Crafting Characteristics

Certain characteristics of jewelry materials and finishes are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects, including:

• Minor Crafting Variations: Small variations or imperfections resulting from the jewelry-making process that do not affect the overall appearance, functionality, or durability of the piece.
• Plating Wear: Gradual fading or wearing of gold, rose gold, or rhodium plating is a natural characteristic of plated jewelry and depends on factors such as wear, friction, moisture, and exposure to chemicals.
• Oxidation or Tarnishing: Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time, particularly when exposed to moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, or air. This is a normal characteristic of silver and can often be minimized with proper care.
