We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Each Luna Moissanite piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days. A small number of orders may require additional time due to material availability, craftsmanship, or customization requirements and may take 10–14 business days to complete and ship.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Shipping Time
For customers in the United States, we currently offer the following shipping options:

For other countries and regions, the estimated shipping time and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Duties & Taxes
The amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes for your order.
You will not be required to pay additional duties, customs fees, or other taxes beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. In some cases, tracking updates may begin once the package reaches the destination country or a local carrier facility.
Delivery Notes
To help ensure smooth delivery:
- Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
- We recommend using a complete and deliverable address. P.O. Boxes and military addresses may have limited shipping options.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
